CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
At Nnutrisa, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality health products. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel, email us at nnutrisafoods@gmail.com with your order number.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, incorrect, or expired upon delivery.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photo or video proof.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product or confirm eligibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

In case of prepaid orders, any transaction charges deducted by your bank/payment provider may not be refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or partially used products.

Products without original packaging or missing labels.

Products purchased during special sales or promotions, unless defective.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, expired), we will cover the shipping cost.
