CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

At Nnutrisa, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality health products. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at nnutrisafoods@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, incorrect, or expired upon delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear photo or video proof.

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product or confirm eligibility.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • In case of prepaid orders, any transaction charges deducted by your bank/payment provider may not be refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products without original packaging or missing labels.

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions, unless defective.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, expired), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • For other eligible returns, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
